About me
Associate Professor at Roma Tre University (since 2024). She holds PhDs in Music History (2013) and Education (2023) from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), supported by competitive fellowships and contracts (FPU, CAM, and UAM), including research residencies in France and Italy.She completed a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and a Master's degree in History and Sciences of Music at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and obtained Higher Conservatory Diplomas in Musical Language (2007) and Musicology (2008) from the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid. Her broad academic profile is complemented by five additional Master's degrees: Ibero-American Musical Heritage (RABASF, on scholarship), Document Management (UCM), Music Marketing (Sapienza Rome), Educational Technology (UAM), and Speech Pathology and Psychopedagogy (UVic, VIU, on scholarship).Her research focuses on music from the 18th to the 21st century through pedagogical, documentary, and court studies approaches. She served as Principal Investigator for the competitive project Active and interactive listening: zarzuela for children Un mundo más (UNIR, 2023–2025) and directed two teaching innovation projects. In 2023, she published the monograph Il mecenatismo musicale di Maria Cristina di Borbone-Due Sicilie (SEdM), and in 2025, she co-edited the pedagogical volume El aula suena a zarzuela: Un mundo más (Octaedro).
